In first screen enter: 1.4_2024-10-11_86a8ad7 for 64 bit
or 1.3.2_2023-11-25_091e20ef0f for 32 bit
Online installer will download inkscape-1.3.2_2023-11-25_091e20ef0f-x86.7z or inkscape-1.4_2024-10-11_86a8ad7-x64.7z but use them if found in its folder.
Extract and run InkscapePortable.
Settings of installed Inkscape should be preserved.
